Kanguva: Likely delay due to litigation in court - ఇరుకునపడ్డ సూర్య సినిమా.. రిలీజ్‌కి ముందు కంగువాకి కష్టాలు

పీరియాడిక్ యాక్షన్ ఫిల్మ్‌గా రూపొందిన కంగువా మూవీ రిలీజ్‌పై సస్పెన్స్‌ నెలకొంది. ఈ సినిమా విడుదలను నిలిపివేయాలంటూ రిలయన్స్ ఎంటర్‌టైన్‌మెంట్‌ కోర్టు మెట్లెక్కింది. దానికి కారణం ఏంటంటే?

హీరో సూర్య కంగువా సినిమాకి కొత్త కష్టం వచ్చిపడింది. భారీ అంచనాల నడుమ నవంబర్‌ 14న రిలీజ్‌కి సిద్ధమవుతున్న ఈ ఫాంటసీ యాక్షన్ మూవీకి షాక్‌ తరలిగింది. నిర్మాత కేఈ జ్ఞానవేల్‌‌పై సడన్‌గా రిలయన్స్ ఎంటర్‌టైన్‌మెంట్‌ సంస్థ కోర్టుకి‌ ఎక్కింది. దాంతో రిలీజ్ వాయిదా పడే సూచనలు కనిపిస్తున్నాయి. కంగువా సినిమా నిర్మాత కేఈ జ్ఞానవేల్‌‌ తమ దగ్గర 99 కోట్లకి పైగా అప్పు తీసుకున్నాడని.. కానీ ఇందులో రూ.45 కోట్లు ఇంకా చెల్లించాల్సి ఉందని రిలయన్స్ ఎంటర్‌టైన్‌మెంట్‌ సంస్థ తాజాగా మద్రాస్ హైకోర్టుని ఆశ్రయించింది. తమకి ఇవ్వాల్సిన డబ్బుని పూర్తిగా చెల్లించే వరకూ కంగువా సినిమా రిలీజ్‌ని నిలిపివేయాలని ఆ సంస్థ కోర్టును కోరింది.

ఈ పిటిషన్‌పై విచారణ చేపట్టిన మద్రాస్ కోర్టు.. వాదనలు వినేందుకు నవంబర్ 7వ తేదీకి వాయిదా వేసింది. దాంతో సినిమా రిలీజ్ వాయిదా పడే అవకాశం ఉందని వార్తలు వస్తున్నాయి. ఇప్పటికే చిత్ర యూనిట్ జోరుగా ప్రచారం చేస్తోంది. సినిమాని సూర్య భుజాలపై వేసుకుని ప్రమోషన్స్ చేస్తున్నారు. దీంతో మూవీపై భారీ అంచనాలు నెలకొన్నాయి. సౌత్‌లోనూ ఈ సినిమాపై మంచి బజ్ ఏర్పడింది. మరోవైపు కంగువా -2 కూడా ఉండబోతోందని ఇప్పటికే సినిమా నిర్మాత కేఈ జ్ఞానవేల్‌ ప్రకటించేశారు. 2027లో కంగువా సీక్వెల్ రిలీజ్ చేస్తామని వెల్లడించారు. కానీ ఇప్పుడు కంగువా ఫస్ట్‌ పార్ట్‌ రిలీజ్‌పైనే సస్పెన్స్ నెలకొంది. ఒకవేళ రిలయన్స్ ఎంటర్‌టైన్‌మెంట్‌‌ సంస్థకి అనుకూలంగా తీర్పు వస్తే నవంబరు 14న థియేటర్లలోకి కంగువా రావడం కష్టమే అన్న చర్చ జరుగుతోంది. మరి రిలీజ్ కష్టాలు తీరి నవంబరు 14న ఈ సినిమా థియేటర్లకి వస్తుందో లేదో చూడాలి.
