It's an ingredient consumed in beverages and desserts. Of course, it won't melt in the sun. 3. It melts and lengthens when you lick it like gum or melting cheese. It's because of the sahleb in it. Sahleb gives it a gummy texture and keeps it solid. 4. Yes, it melts in your mouth of course. That's why they call it Turkish ice cream. 5. Although it's called "ice cream" in English, this dessert isn't creamy like regular ice cream when it's served. It melts and becomes creamy when you eat it. 6. It is called "dondurma" in Turkiye. It can be translated as "frozen" or "freezing". 7. It comes with many flavors for every taste, such as chocolate, different fruits and nuts. 8.
