Rythu Bandhu | తెలంగాణ రైతుల సొమ్ము కాంగ్రెస్‌ నేతల జేబుల్లోకి వెళ్తున్నదని బీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ పార్టీ అనుమానం వ్యక్తం చేసింది. కరువు పరిస్థితులతో రైతులు ఎన్ని ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్నా పట్టించుకోకుండా సీఎం రేవంత్‌ రెడ్డి, రాష్ట్ర మంత్రులు పదే పదే ఢిల్లీకి వెళ్లడం దీనికి ఊతమిస్తుందని అభిప్రాయపడింది.

Rythu Bandhu | తెలంగాణ రైతుల సొమ్ము కాంగ్రెస్‌ నేతల జేబుల్లోకి వెళ్తున్నదని బీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ పార్టీ అనుమానం వ్యక్తం చేసింది. కరువు పరిస్థితులతో రైతులు ఎన్ని ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్నా పట్టించుకోకుండా సీఎం రేవంత్‌ రెడ్డి, రాష్ట్ర మంత్రులు పదే పదే ఢిల్లీకి వెళ్లడం దీనికి ఊతమిస్తుందని అభిప్రాయపడింది. ఈ మేరకు రైతులకు జరుగుతున్న అన్యాయాన్ని ట్విట్టర్‌ (ఎక్స్‌ ) వేదికగా వివరించింది.

ట్విట్టర్‌లో ఏమున్నది అంటే..

వ్యవసాయాన్ని ప్రోత్సహించడంలో భాగంగా రైతులకు ప్రతి సీజన్‌లో పెట్టుబడిసాయం అందించేందుకు అప్పటి బీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ ప్రభుత్వం రైతుబంధు పథకాన్ని తీసుకొచ్చింది. ప్రతి ఏడాది నవంబర్‌- డిసెంబర్‌ మధ్యలో దాదాపు 7 వేల కోట్ల నగదును రైతుల ఖాతాలో జమ చేసేది. గత ఏడాది కూడా ఇలాగే రైతుబంధు డబ్బులు పంచేందుకు అంతా సెట్‌ చేసుకుంది. కానీ అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికల కారణంగా రైతుబంధు డబ్బులు పంపిణీ చేసేందుకు ఎన్నికల కమిషన్‌ అనుమతి ఇవ్వలేదు.

రాష్ట్రంలో అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన వెంటనే రైతుబంధు నిధులను అందజేస్తామని కాంగ్రెస్‌ రైతులకు హామీ ఇచ్చింది. కానీ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చి వంద రోజులు దాటినా కూడా దాని గురించి పట్టించుకోవడం లేదు. ఇప్పటివరకు రైతుబంధు డబ్బులను జమ చేయలేదు. డిసెంబర్‌ చివరి నాటికి రైతులకు పెట్టుబడి సాయం అందజేస్తామని డిసెంబర్‌లో సీఎం రేవంత్‌ రెడ్డి మాట ఇచ్చారు. కానీ డబ్బులు జమ చేయలేదు. మళ్లీ ఫిబ్రవరిలో కూడా ఇలాంటి హామీనే ఇచ్చారు. మొదట మార్చి 15వ తేదీన రైతుబంధు డబ్బులు జమచేస్తామని చెప్పారు. ఆ తర్వాత ఆ డెడ్‌లైన్‌లో మార్చి 31వ తేదీకి మార్చేశారు.

కాంగ్రెస్‌ ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడినప్పటి నుంచి రూ.18,118 కోట్ల అప్పులను తీసుకొచ్చింది. ఇందుకోసం రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ సెక్యూరిటీస్‌, హడ్కోలను తాకట్టు పెట్టింది. ఇది కాకుండా గత బీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ ప్రభుత్వం సమీకరించిన రూ.8వేల కోట్ల విలువైన ధాన్యాన్ని కూడా ఇతర రాష్ట్రాలకు అమ్మేసింది. పెద్ద ఎత్తున లోన్లు తీసుకోకుండానే గత ప్రభుత్వం రైతుబంధు డబ్బులను జమ చేసింది. కానీ కాంగ్రెస్‌ ప్రభుత్వం మాత్రం ఇప్పటికీ రైతులకు పెట్టుబడి సాయం పూర్తిగా అందించలేదు.

కాంగ్రెస్‌ పార్టీ ఖాతాలు నిలిచిపోయాయని.. తాము ప్రచారానికి డబ్బులు ఖర్చు పెట్టలేకపోతున్నామని కాంగ్రెస్‌ పార్టీ జాతీయ అధ్యక్షుడు మల్లికార్జున్‌ ఖర్గే, రాహుల్‌ గాంధీ ప్రెస్‌మీట్‌ పెట్టి మరీ గతంలో చెప్పారు. కానీ ముంబైలో భారత్‌ జోడో యాత్ర పేరుతో భారీ ర్యాలీలు నిర్వహించారు. అలాగే తెలంగాణలోనూ పెద్ద ఎత్తున సభలు పెట్టారు. దీన్ని బట్టి చూస్తుంటే తెలంగాణ రైతుల సొమ్మును కాంగ్రెస్‌ పార్టీ నేతల జేబుల్లోకి మళ్లిస్తున్నారనే అనుమానం కలుగుతోంది. రాష్ట్రంలో రైతులు కరువుతో బాధపడుతున్నప్పటికీ.. సీఎం రేవంత్‌ రెడ్డి, ఇతర మంత్రులు మాటిమాటికి ఢిల్లీ వెళ్లడం ఈ అనుమానాలకు బలాన్ని చేకూరుస్తున్నది.

Curious case of Rythu Bandhu in Telangana! Rythu Bandhu is a farm input subsidy given to farmers before or during every crop season. The then BRS government had set aside Rs. 7000 crores to be distributed under this scheme in November- December like every year. Due to elections, the Election Commission had denied permission to the then government for disbursal. Congress had promised the farmers that once coming to power in the state, they would give Rythu bandhu for the current crop season. It has been more than 100 days since the Congress has assumed power in the state but they have not deposited Rythu Bandhu to farmers. CM Revanth Reddy announced in December that it would be disbursed by December end, then again in February, he once said March 15th and later changed the deadline to March 31st! The Congress Government since forming the government has taken loans worth Rs.18118 crores from Selling State Government Securities and HUDCO. Other than this, they have also sold paddy that the BRS Government had procured, worth Rs.8000 crores to other states. In Spite of raising such huge amounts through loans, selling paddy and having money set aside by the previous government, the Congress has not been able to disburse Rythu Bandhu completely. A few days ago, the Congress President, Mallikarjun Kharge, its star boy Rahul Gandhi and other leaders held a press meet stating that the Congress Party accounts have been frozen and they were unable to spend money. But, they held rallies in Mumbai at the conclusion of Bharat Jodo Yatra and also continue to hold rallies across Telangana. The obvious suspicion is that the money of Telangana farmers is being diverted to the pockets of Congress leaders who in turn are paying “tributes” to the Congress high command! The many visits of the CM and his ministers to Delhi while farmers of Telangana are suffering with conditions of drought only confirm the suspicions.
