in Jagan's regime, there were a lot of rains which damaged the roads.

AP is not America to think like a perfect world. in the current imperfect situation of AP, a vast majority of the population does not need state capital, development... they need best education and healthcare more than anything else. definitely not building amaravati wasting a TON of people's tax money bankrupting the state re-building infra from ground up in the middle of nowhere instead of reusing existing cities. what's wrong with having 3 capitals to develop the entire state instead of limiting development to just one city? especially a weird, loooong state that looks like a stick and difficult to travel fro one end to the other?

just like I said on another forum: MILLIONS of non-IT workers vs thousands of IT workers (this is where pulkas are mistaken grossly saying cbn is great because he goes after technology mostly).
