no, it's not. that's just a desperate bogus statement by cbn to fool voters and win election. but voters are not idiots.

the unrealistic, kichidi manifesto from cbn also includes free bus travel for women which will kill auto drivers on the contrary - just like it did in Telangana.

jagan's manifesto does not include free bus travel for women for a reason.
