అయితే, అక్రమాస్తుల కేసులో విచారణ కొనసాగుతోందని, జగన్ ప్రధాన నిందితుడిగా ఉన్నారని, ఆయనకు విదేశాలకు వెళ్లేందుకు అనుమతి ఇవ్వొద్దని సీబీఐ వాదించింది. జగన్ పిటిషన్ పై నేడు విచారణ కొనసాగించిన సీబీఐ కోర్టు... జగన్ కు అనుకూలంగా తీర్పునిచ్చింది.
