Minister Peddireddi suspects conspiracy behind attack on Jagan

He accuses TDP of conspiring to attack Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy adding the attack was pre-planned

Minister for Forests Peddireddi Ramachandra Reddy has said that the opposition parties were finding it challenging to accept the popularity garnered by the YSRCP’s Memantha Siddam campaign.

Speaking to the media here on Sunday, April 14, the Minister accused the TDP of conspiring to attack Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and that the attack was pre-planned. He further criticized the NDA leaders N. Chandrababu Naidu, N. Lokesh, K. Pawan Kalyan and D. Purandeswari, saying that they were distressed with the ruling party’s success.

The Minister said he was concerned about the use of violent measures by the opposition to counter the YSRCP. The attack on the Chief Minister was part of a broader conspiracy, he said.

సీఎం జగన్ పై గత రాత్రి విజయవాడ సింగ్ నగర్ వద్ద రాయితో దాడి జరగడం, సీఎం జగన్ కు ఎడమ కంటి పై భాగంలో గాయం కావడం తెలిసిందే. దీనిపై రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ సలహాదారు సజ్జల రామకృష్ణారెడ్డి స్పందించారు. 

రాయి చేతితో విసిరి ఉంటే అంత బలంగా తగలదని, బహుశా ఎయిర్ గన్ వంటిది ఉపయోగించి ఉంటారన్న అనుమానాలు కలుగుతున్నాయని అన్నారు. రాయి కొంచెం పక్కకి తగిలి ఉంటే ప్రాణం పోయేది... కొంచెం కిందికి తగిలి ఉంటే కన్ను పోయేది అని సజ్జల తీవ్ర ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. 

ఏదేమైనా, ఇది ఆకతాయిలు చేసిన పని మాత్రం కాదని, పక్కా ప్లాన్ తో చేసిన హత్యాయత్నం అని ఆరోపించారు. కానీ, టీడీపీ నేతలు ఇదంతా డ్రామా అంటున్నారని, భద్రతా వైఫల్యం అని పచ్చ మీడియా అంటోందని మండిపడ్డారు. వారు కడుపుకు అన్నం తింటున్నారా? అంటూ ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. 

సీఎం జగన్ చేపట్టిన మేమంతా సిద్ధం బస్సు యాత్రతో టీడీపీ దిక్కుతోచని స్థితిలో పడిపోయిందని, అందుకే చంద్రబాబు కొట్టండి అంటూ రెచ్చగొట్టే ధోరణిలో మాట్లాడుతున్నారని సజ్జల విమర్శించారు. చంద్రబాబు అల్లర్లు ఎలా సృష్టిస్తారో దగ్గుబాటి వెంకటేశ్వరరావు ఒక పుస్తకంలో రాశారని వివరించారు. 

సానుభూతి కోసం ప్రయత్నించాల్సిన అవసరం జగన్ కు లేదని, గతంలో అలిపిరి ఘటన తర్వాత చంద్రబాబు సానుభూతి కోసం ఎలా నటించాడన్నది ఇంకా ఎవరూ మర్చిపోలేదని అన్నారు.

ఈ సమయంలో టీడీపీ నేతల సానుభూతి తమకు అవసరం లేదని, వారు ఈ ఘటనపై రాజకీయాలు చేయకుండా ఉంటే చాలని అన్నారు. సీఎంకు నుదుటిపై కాకుండా మరో చోట రాయి తగిలితే పరిస్థితి ఏంటని వెల్లంపల్లి ప్రశ్నించారు. 

ఈ వ్యవహారంలో ఎన్నికల సంఘం సమగ్ర విచారణ జరిపితే చంద్రబాబు బండారం వెల్లడవుతుందని అన్నారు. నిన్నటి దాడి ఘటన చూస్తుంటే సీఎంను అంతమొందించే కుట్రలాగా అనిపిస్తోందని, ఈ నేపథ్యంలో, సీఎం జగన్ కు భద్రత పెంచాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని వెల్లంపల్లి పేర్కొన్నారు.

I always suspected something shady like that the admins/mods on those latkoor forums creating fake pulka/jaffa/female accounts to post provoking threads/comments to instigate both sides for abuse, attacks and more page views with no moderation. They even post porn images and videos  for page views! No wonder all the decent ladies left their forum sites long ago because of unmoderated abuse and those ladies are not coming back, making it a male-only forum of childish people who did not grow out of their bachpana or perverts, gays, pedophiles, lonely, jobless and abusive people with cheap/loose characters and serious mental issues needing help EEEW! (barring a few exceptions who innocently believe all those fake accounts are real accounts).

yeah, it is what it is and those latkoor sites biased pulka admins are what they are - just scumbags out to make easy money from more page views and ads. I used those sites for years and seen abuse from admins themselves and other members openly with no moderation but only encouragement. they don't even care about tdp or cbn (even though they are hardcore pulkas) and they just want to make blood money out of breaking news indulging themselves in abuse and encouraging members to abuse each other resulting in more page views and more ad revenue. they would take a complete U turn for money at any time. they ban jaffa members and delete any threads/comments against tdp or cbn (even if they are real facts!). they don't care even if all the lady members left their sites and a vast majority of male members left too (they barely have a total of 50-75 active members) - and all they want is ad money! most of their threads are gay like, "csr anna drinking beer..." one male member starting a thread about another male member for gratification out of gay crush. విశాఖపట్నం, ఏప్రిల్ 15: ముఖ్యమంత్రి వైఎస్ జగన్ (CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy) మీద జరిగిన దాడిని ప్రధానితో సహా అందరూ ఖండించారని... జగన్ ఏం తప్పు చేశారని రాళ్ళు విసురుతారని మంత్రి గుడివాడ అమర్‌నాథ్ (Minister Gudivada Amarnath) ప్రశ్నించారు. సోమవారం మీడియాతో మాట్లాడుతూ.. రాళ్ళ దాడి చేస్తే జగన్ ఇంటిలో కూర్చోటారని అనుకుంటే... అది పొరపాటే అని చెప్పుకొచ్చారు. సింపతీ కోసం.. దాడులు చేయించుకోవలసిన అవసరం తమకు లేదన్నారు. గాజువాక సభలో చంద్రబాబు తమ మీద చేసిన విమర్శలను తీవ్రంగా ఖండిస్తున్నామన్నారు. గాజువాకలో బాబు మీద ఆ పార్టీల వాళ్ళే రాళ్ళు వేసుకొని .. వైసీపీ మీద అంటారా అంటూ ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు.

పవన్, బాబు వాళ్ళ మీద వాళ్ళే దాడులు చేయించికున్నారని ఆరోపించారు. ఏదిఏమైనా, ప్రతిపక్షనేతల మీద దాడులను ఖండిస్తున్నామన్నారు. టీడీపీ కంటే వైసీపీ హయంలోనే ఎక్కువ పెట్టుబడులు వచ్చాయని.. ఉద్యోగ అవకాశం కల్పించామన్నారు. ‘‘దావోస్‌లో చలి ఉందని నేను అనలేదని... దమ్ముంటే నేను అనట్లు సాక్ష్యం చూపించాలి’’ అంటూ సవాల్ విసిరారు.ర స్టీల్ ప్లాంట్ ప్రైవేటీకరణకు వైసీపీ ఎప్పుడూ వ్యతిరేకమని.. తమ స్టాండ్‌లో మార్పు లేదన్నారు. స్టీల్ ప్లాంట్ పోరాటంలో ఎవరి మీద ఒక్క మీద కేసు పెట్టలేదని వెల్లడించారు. ‘‘నేను బ్యాక్ డోర్ పాలిటిషన్ కాదు.. మా తాత, తండ్రి కూడా ప్రజా ప్రతినిధులు’’ అని మంత్రి గుడివాడ అమర్‌నాథ్ పేర్కొన్నారు.

విజయవాడలో ‘మేమంతా సిద్ధం’ బస్సు యాత్రలో సీఎం జగన్మోహ‌న్ రెడ్డిపై కొందరు ఆగంతుకులు రాయితో దాడికి పాల్ప‌డిన విష‌యం తెలిసిందే. ఈ ఘ‌ట‌న రాష్ట్ర‌వ్యాప్తంగా కలకలం రేపింది. ఇక ఈ ఘ‌ట‌న‌ను పోలీసులు సీరియస్‌గా తీసుకున్నారు. ఈ క్రమంలోనే రాళ్ల దాడి చేసిన నిందితులను పట్టిస్తే భారీ నగదు బహుమతి ఇస్తామని పోలీస్ కమిషనర్ ప్రకటించారు. నిందితుల గురించి తమకు స‌మాచారం అందిస్తే రూ. 2 లక్షలు ఇస్తామన్నారు. అలాగే త‌మ‌కు స‌మాచారం ఇచ్చిన వారి వివరాలు గోప్యంగా ఉంచుతామ‌ని తెలిపారు. 

ఇదిలాఉంటే.. ఈ ఘ‌ట‌న‌తో సంబంధం ఉన్న‌ట్లు అనుమానిస్తున్న నలుగురిని ఇప్పటికే అదుపులోకి తీసుకుని విచారిస్తున్నారు. దాడి ఎలా జరిగింది? ఎయిర్ గన్‌తో ఏమైనా దాడి చేశారా? లేదంటే క్యాట్‌బాల్‌తో కొట్టారా? అనే కోణంలో దర్యాప్తు చేస్తున్నారు. అలాగే పాఠ‌శాల‌కు, గుడికి మధ్య ఖాళీ ప్రదేశం నుంచి దాడి జరిగినట్టుగా ప్రాథమిక విచార‌ణ‌లో తేలింది. 

దాంతో ఈ కేసు విషయమై పోలీసులు ఇప్పటివరకు 40 మందిని పైగా విచారించారు. గంగానమ్మ గుడి దగ్గర సెల్‌ టవర్‌ పరిధిలో కాల్స్‌పై నిఘా కూడా పెట్టారు. దీంతో పాటు సీఎంపై జరిగిన దాడి కేసులో విచారణకు ఎస్పీ స్థాయి పోలీస్ అధికారి నేతృత్వంలో సీపీ క్రాంతిరాణా 'సిట్‌'ను ఏర్పాటు చేశారు. అజిత్‌సింగ్ నగర్‌లో 3 సెల్ ఫోన్ టవర్స్ నుంచి అధికారులు డంప్ స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్నారు.

మరోవైపు జగన్ మేమంతా సిద్ధం యాత్ర గన్నవరం నియోజకవర్గం నుంచి గుడివాడ నియోజకవర్గంలోకి ప్రవేశించింది. ఈ సాయంత్రం గుడివాడలో నిర్వహించే బహిరంగ సభలో జగన్ ప్రసంగించనున్నారు. గాయం కారణంగా వైద్యుల సలహాతో జగన్ ఒక రోజు విశ్రాంతి తీసుకున్నారు. గాయం నుంచి జగన్ త్వరగా కోలుకోవాలని వైసీపీ నేతలు, కార్యకర్తలు, అభిమానులు కోరుకుంటున్నారు.

విజయవాడలో రోడ్ షో సందర్భంగా జరిగిన రాయి దాడిలో ఏపీ సీఎం జగన్ గాయపడిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. వైద్యుల సూచన మేరకు ఆయన ఒక రోజు విశ్రాంతి తీసుకున్నారు. అనంతరం ఈ ఉదయం మేమంతా సిద్ధం బస్సు యాత్రను ఆయన మళ్లీ ప్రారంభించారు. కేసరపల్లి క్యాంప్ నుంచి ఆయన యాత్ర ప్రారంభమయింది. ఈ సందర్భంగా కృష్ణా, గుంటూరు జిల్లాలకు చెందిన నేతలు ఆయనను కలిసి పరామర్శించారు. బస్సు యాత్రకు వస్తున్న విశేష ఆదరణను చూసి తట్టుకోలేకే... ఈ దాడికి పాల్పడ్డారని వారు చెప్పారు. 

ఈ సందర్భంగా వారితో జగన్ మాట్లాడుతూ... ప్రజల ఆశీర్వాదం వల్లే ప్రమాదం నుంచి తాను తప్పించుకోగలిగానని చెప్పారు. ఇలాంటి దాడులే కాదు ఎలాంటి దాడులు కూడా మనల్ని ఆపలేవని అన్నారు. ఎవరూ అధైర్య పడాల్సిన అవసరం లేదని... మనం మరోసారి అధికారంలోకి వస్తున్నామని చెప్పారు. మనల్ని ఎవరూ ఆపలేరని అన్నారు. తనను పలకరించేందుకు వచ్చిన నేతలందరినీ చిరునవ్వుతో పలకరించిన జగన్ ... అనంతరం అక్కడి నుంచి తన యాత్రను ప్రారంభించారు. గాయం అయిన చోట బ్యాండేజ్ వేసుకుని వెళ్లారు.

Injured YSRCP chief Reddy resumes poll campaign in Andhra Pradesh

Following a day’s break after the stone attack, YSRCP chief and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy resumed his electioneering bus tour on Monday from Kesarapalle in NTR district. According to reports, the chief minister sustained injuries on his left temple after a few unidentified miscreants pelted stones at him on Saturday night near Vivekananda School Centre in Vijayawada’s Singh Nagar when he was canvassing for polls.

Reddy is campaigning for the polls at Gannavaram and will traverse through Atkur, Veeravalli Cross, Hanuman Junction, and other villages on Monday. It may be mentioned that Reddy embarked on a 21-day election campaign bus tour from Idupulupaya in Kadapa district to Icchapuram in Srikakulam district. Elections for the 175-member Assembly and 25 Lok Sabha seats in Andhra Pradesh are scheduled to be held on May 13, with the counting of votes on June 4.

VIJAYAWADA: After the stone-pelting incident, the injured Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has returned to continue the Memantha Siddham Bus Yatra with renewed vigour. As Jagan Mohan Reddy stepped out of the Kesarapalle stay camp after a day’s rest, he was warmly greeted by party leaders and activists on Monday. Despite the challenges he faced, Jagan Mohan Reddy’s spirit remained high, reflecting his commitment to continue the bus yatra, party leaders said.

The CM said the attack against him would increase his sense of commitment to serve the people, not diminish it. He was addressing the first public meeting at Nagavarappadu in Gudivada after unidentified miscreants attacked him during his Memantha Siddham Yatra near Vijayawada on Saturday. “Maybe the wound on my forehead will heal in 10 days, but the wounds inflicted by Chandrababu on the poor people are forever,” said the CM.

Jagan Mohan Reddy said, “From Chandrababu, vested media to BJP and Congress, everyone is attacking me while I did my best for the people’s welfare. I am not afraid. Shooting one arrow at Arjuna does not mean that the Kauravas have won.” “Such attacks will not shake my resolve, and it means that we are so close to victory, and they are so far from it,” asserted the CM. He asked, “Are you all ready to fight against the Opposition for the welfare of the people, the future of the poor, and to continue all the schemes for another five years? I am standing here with courage after delivering the promises made to the people of Andhra Pradesh. On the other side, there are conspirators whose foundations are lies and deceptions,” he stated.

Highlighting the “failed promises and mockery of welfare schemes” by Chandrababu Naidu, the Chief Minister said, “Naidu ridiculed the schemes for free electricity to farmers, English medium in government schools, free houses to the poor and went to court to stall these.” “The YSRC government has brought revolutionary changes, but Chandrababu looted villages in the name of Janmabhoomi Committees. We are giving assistance and assurances to the farmers through RBKs, free electricity for nine hours during the day, provided permanent land rights for `35 lakh acres,” Jagan Mohan Reddy said.

He said, “In the last 58 months, we have brought enough changes which are visible in every village and household. We are the only state in the country that gives Rs 3,000 as welfare pension. Ten fishing harbours are coming up in the state, the Bhogapuram Airport work is in full swing, and three industrial corridors are being erected, we are consistently topping the Ease of Doing Business ranking. We have fulfilled 99 per cent of the 2029 poll promises by considering our Manifesto as Bhagavad Gita, Bible and Quran,” explained the CM. Jagan Reddy said that in 2014, Chandrababu formed an alliance and made promises to every household, including signing off farm loan waiver, waiving off loans for savings societies, depositing Rs 25,000 after the birth of a female child, providing unemployment benefits, but he did not fulfil these promises. At the campsite, many leaders of other political parties including Telugu Desam joined the YSRC in the presence of Jagan Mohan Reddy. The CM expressed his gratitude for the outpouring of support and emphasised the need to stand firm against cowardly acts. He urged party leaders to keep reaching out to the people and ensuring the success of the Memantha Siddham Yatra.
